How to obtain a Handicap

Memberships are normally processed within 3-5 days but if really urgent, we will fax or email a letter to any golf club confirming your handicap, immediately on receipt of your scorecards.

Your handicap is printed on a plastic credit card style membership card and is valid for a year.  Memberships are renewed automatically – if you do not wish to renew for any reason please let us know within 28 days of the expiry of your card.

You can either post, fax or email  your scorecards to us at the time of joining, or if you need to get your three cards together, send them in once you have received your membership pack, making sure you write your membership number on each card.
Alternatively, send a copy of your Platzreife certificate from your golf Professional or Tutor and and initial 54 or 45 handicap will be issued.

Make sure that you add up your gross score and that each card is dated, tees played clearly indicated and signed by your playing partner.  Cards will be returned if they are not completely correctly.
